I need some Ideas on how to cook some up. The kids and I went deep sea fishing the year and I have about 40lbs to start eating.

you have obviously never had snook or grouper

If you eat cod or haddock, eat it in New England or even better New Brunswick. Flounder...eat that on the Gulf Coast.

Snapper is only good to me if chunked and fried!
I don't have no recipe, AND ya'll make me hungry all d time!!
