It really comes down to your budget. For the money it's hard to beat the vortex diamondback. I bought the 10x50's. I use them for my archery tournaments and hunting.
 
I sold my kidney 4 years ago and purchased some Swaro's. Liked them so much, I sold one of my &@!$ and put one on top of Tika.
I have anxiety knowing my optics are worth more than my truck but I'm at ease knowing I can get most of my money back one day.

Got a pair 2 yrs ago. Loved them so far.
 
Steiner Merlins going on 14 years now. great value, and around 500 bucks. I consider it a crime should I forget them , and I rarely do.
