Recommendations For A Hunt?

Can anyone recommend a good public place to hunt birds around the Shelby/Fayette/Hardeman/Tipton County area? I haven't been able to hunt them for several years and miss fooling with them. I've hunted Shelby Forest and Anderson Tully and never got into birds.

I honestly think your best bet for public land birds with any proximity to Memphis is gonna be in MS.
