recipes for deer jerkery

hi does anyone got any deer jerkey recipes for sweet and hot or any thing. i been looking for some recipes and doin deer jerkey if i can find some thing diffrent then regular deer jerkey

I make it all the time and i use 3 to 4 basic ingredients and seldom deviate from it since great is hard to improve upon. i never go by exact amounts but i am liberal with these three to 4 things.
Garlic......really can you use too much?
Black pepper....really can you use too much?\
Soy Sauce.....really can you use .....12 oz bottle per back leg.
Red pepper.....believe me you can use too much....lol

I just use dales sauce.

I love Dales sauce but it is noticably saltier than soy.
