We get to move the clocks forward. I will have an hour of bow practice after work! I'm ready for spring and pre spawn for bass.

Make sure you get out and scout some areas to bowhunt in the fall before spring green up too. ;)

Yeah that's true. You have 204 days to practice. But you need to get out and scout some locations first.

Yep, I should do that. I have gotten pretty wrapped up in the archery part and have forgotten what I am warming up for lol.

Don't overlook late season scouting . This is the best time of the year to scout , because the foliage is down and deer sign is easy to see . It's also a good time to trim shooting lanes without it having a negative impact on the deer in the fall.
Scouting and stand placement are the town most important factors in a pre-hunt strategy. Once you setup a few different stands , you can then determine what stand will be best based on the wind and deer patterns.
