Yeppers, they seem like very nice people.
I had a problem with the RCBS Auto-Prime tool; later on I found out reading the manual was all that was required. They were very polite and helped me through it anyway, never brought up RTFM.
OTOH Lyman sold a beautiful wood stocked muzzleloader and I bought one. Screw holes did not line up, break action would not lock closed, I didn't want my money back I wanted the rifle. They were less than polite and I think they were frazzled over all the calls. Had to give it up.
I did not understand a reference in a Lee manual and my press was jammed solid. Very clear very precise instructions the very same day. Also straightened me out on which powder disk to use. Now, I can push through 3 or 4 a minute including my every-22-round powder scale verify time.
