Rattling

Anyone doing it this early with any success?

Yes and no. Tried it a while a couple days ago, no results. Just doesn't feel right this year. I usually rattle some young bucks in the first week of the season.

I tried some real light sparring the last 2 days.
Absolutly nothing.

But it will work,at times,when the seasons right.

I have tried real light sparring three times this year. I have seen no results.

I did however grunt three bucks up the ridge to me this morning. Always good to see them change direction. :)

I grunted two towards me yesterday evening. But. As usual. Ran out of daylight before anything got near me.
