[Encore Eye Candy]

First off I tested my new Kimber from HuntingDickson and was able to put all my shots in a 2.5 inch cirle at 10 yards. Very pleased.

The grand prize winner: My 460 S&W Encore, took me five shots to get on paper. Was able to get a 2 inch group at 100 yds using Hornady factory loads. This has a little kick to this thing but I love it, just something you would not want to shoot all day long.
Sent a couple down to the 300 yd marker with little drop, est 7 to 10 inches. Once I get her complete this will be a joy to shoot and hunt with.

You have to get you one. I see one in your hands in the not so distant future.


The Hornady 200 gr FTX loads do have some recoil. Especially out of a real light rifle like the Encore. I love shooting my 460 S&W. The muzzle blast is unbearable without ear protection. I haven't shot mine past 100 yds yet. Good to hear yours is shooting well.
