rangefinder ?

looking for a rangefinder never owned one so not looking to spend a fortune on one any idea what to buy that is decent under 200.00

Bushnell or Halo are good ones. I've got both and use them for everything from archery to long range hunting. Good luck...

I have both a Nikon and Leupold, both size of a pack of cigs and while both work the Leupold is far superior in clarity

Leupold rx600 can be had for $200, it's much better quality than any other in that price range. Leupolds have better clarity than nikons.

Have an older model bushnell compact 800, not great clarity and poor performance in low light conditions, otherwise works ok. I would NOT buy bushnell again, their merger with tasco and how they handled warranties as a result had me basically boycot the brand. In that price range I would probably lean towards the leupold's, heard great things about them and probably what I would buy if I were buying new.

I have the leupold. Very pleased with it. No issues what so ever.

I have the Nikon 440 and believe it's around $220 or was when I bought it roughly 10 years ago.

leica. Ranges animals, not objects, to a long ways out and has great glass.
