range finder doubling as binos?

I currently have a leupold range finder and it really sucks. Terrible clarity in low light, can't get a reading sometimes even in normal light. It will be my last leupold product.

For some time I've been needing a pair of binos. I mainly bowhunt but also do some gun hunting. It's hard enough using the range finder with the bow in hand, throwing binos into the mix might be too much.

Any optics out there to serve both functions adequately?

pretty unusual for me to range an actual animal, so i don't have this problem. I range the area when I first get in the stand so I know the distances, then use the bino's to find or determine whether I want to shoot the deer. Never have to juggle the two. A good bino harness helps immensely (crooked horn, or even the redhead one is pretty good) to hold them securely and out of the way.

Check out Leica Geovids. I have never been a fan of having electronics in my binos for the simple fact that electronics are more prone to failure than optics. With a rangefinder, it can be replaced rather than replacing a much more expensive combo unit.

Although not a Combo Unit I have used my Bushnell 800 as Bino's with decent results.
