Ate at Outback in Memphis after one of my doctor's appointments and we got one of the bloomin onions.
The dip they gave us was different than what we had at the Outback in Paducah.

We asked the waitress about it and she said they made their own dip.
It was ranch but had cayenne pepper in it.

We tried it on the 4th and it turned out really good.

In a 16 oz container of sour cream we added the hidden valley ranch packet and then just sprinkled cayenne pepper a little at a time.
I would say we had added somewhere around 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of the pepper when we finished.

It was awesome.

May be old news but I had never had it before.

Sounds good. Where I work we make chipotle ranch with dried chipotle powder. The ranch is a 2:1 ratio of mayo to buttermilk with hidden valley ranch seasoning.
