One of the members here gave my 15 year old cousin a .50 cal muzzleloader and i need to get him a ramrod for it. Any suggestions on which aftermarket ones have worked well for you?

Seen a T/C at wal-mart but that's not the make of the gun. Didn't know if it would make a difference or not? so i waited to ask someone who might know... Gonna check bass pro sometime and see if they have one from the same manufacturer.

This was actually my question should i get the same brand if possible or will anything work?

Most will work, some may have to be cut down but that's not a big deal. See if Bass-Pro has a Power Rod, I like them very much.
