Man, I hope the forcasters have it right this time - calling for rain tomorrow and Thurs, then another three days of rain starting on Sunday. Justin's heading out this weekend to plant the fall plot, so the rain will definetly be welcome!

Long forcast shows rain first 4 days of Tenn season. Hope that holds up. The plots should be jumping out of the ground.

got seven acres planted this past weakened.... i am praying for a flooding rain today in w tn. Temps look good for several weeks just hope to get a few good rains and the plots should do great. Last year it was so dang hot in sept that once everything came up it wilted

One more good dose this weekend and I think mine will be off to the races. They got that last good few days of rain and then a nice week of sun. Should be ready for more rain then more sun. Might have to make it by there sat evening to check on them and put out an exclusion cage!

Looks like we're moving into a wetter pattern, with more consistant rains at least weekly. Now I'm going to plant my plots.

Planted my plots in Fayette Co., got 1/10 inch of rain...

Looked like the rain got close to Memphis then fizzled out...grrrrr

:D you got that right. And the year we are getting alot of rain at the perfect timing to plant food plots, is the year we arent planting anything :(

I got mine in last Sunday (9/11) and the rain on Wednesday was very welcome. This weekend it is a little overseeding as this was my first year trying this and I was a bit lite in a few places (rookie mistake), firing range set up and deer house building.
