Finally got around to building covers for the racks on the Rubicon. All they like is bolting the pieces used to hook some hold down straps .

3/4" marine grade plywood , then had them LineXed

Where I hunt is pretty rough mountains, with factory racks its hard to strap stuff down and not move around. With the rack covers once you strap it down it doesn't slide and move around. Also when I kill a deer I carry it out on the front rack because how steep the terrain is. Wouldnt be a big deal if I only rode a few hundred yards to my hunting area, but some of my areas it is around an hour ATV ride in.
