I applied for a hunt (this is all done on the phone app) and it went through the questions and asked basically would I be by myself or in a party. I entered a party and answered the questions but it never asked for the TWRA Id. number of the other hunter. Does this mean that he isn't included in my party?

I have no idea. Give Quota Hunts a call at (615) 781-6621 and see if it went through.

When I put in yesterday by computer, I accessed my profile by DOB and SS#, and my TWRA ID numbernever came into play, either. If you ended up with transaction numbers for the entries, I'm guessing you are good, but give them a call for peace of mind.

The other hunters in your party must log on and enter your party number to be included in your party.

Ditto. If you allow other members with fewer preference points to join your party, your party with have the "points" associated with the lowest member when it comes time to draw. My rule of thumb is all members of our party have equal preference points entering the draw, thus I select the option to "not allow others with fewer points" to join when I set up my parties. Also if they have lesser priority points than you do it will drop you to there point level.
It is my understanding that this applies to the current drawing only. In other words, if the party is not drawn, each member will gain an additional point to be added to his/her previous year balance.
