Question, got lucky and scored some land 20 min from my house 2 weeks ago. Don't have stands set up yet. I have a tree climber that needs new straps. Can I throw a pop up blind in the morning and be ok or will it scare them off?

My experience with a pop up blind is that they alert deer more than just ground hunting. Unless you're hunting with kids I would leave the blind at home.

i agree with this for the most part unless your hunting a field and can hide it inside the tree line across from where the deer might come out. I have a blind that I hunt regularly but it has been set up for over a year now and never removed
