Very good decision to fish instead of work in the yard.
12 good bream
1 crappie
5 trout
Lost / missed probably 10 more.
Gonna eat good!

We're you in a stocked pond? Just trying to figure out the crappie/trout combo
Fishing at the "City Lake" in Martin.
They stock trout in it in the Winter and it hasn't gotten hot enough to kill them yet. :D
Has a good supply of really nice bream and catfish. I have never fished for catfish there though.

I hooked one crappie several years ago, one of the largest I have ever seen, but lost it at the bank.
This year I have caught two so far, both about 13" long and nice and thick.
Talked to a guy there last week that said he caught one last year that weighed almost 3#. 🤷‍♂️

Pretty cool place to fish but it is usually feast or famine.

I looked at bass pro yesterday for your gulps in that container. All they had was the bigger baits in the screw off lids. I don't see how a fish sees that little 1" minnow. Those things are tiny!!!
