I think they are all from Raytheon. I have no idea on the model number but will see what I can find out.

many of the high dollar ones are used in industrial settings for determining fired heater tube wall temperatures and other such things, where the measurable range must exceed 1800-2000 F. When shopping for a camera, make sure that you aren't just dropping money for that kind of thing if you are only going to be doing low temperature range stuff like deer surveys.
