I have no purchased my type 094, but I plan on doing so. I was planning on going out tomorrow with a buddy who does posses the license and we are going to a little scouting. No bow, no stand, no camo just scouting. Would I be able to do so without the permit? If it is any help, we plan on taking a look at Shelton Ferry in Clarksville.
