My friend is taking his child hunting on the youth turkey hunt on a wma. He has a sportsmans liscence. His wife wants to go along to watch. Does she have to have a permit?

It will for WMAs with nonquota hunts. If it is a hunt with a quota permit, they probably are going to need the quota permit to be on the area.
