Question about the coming natural urine ban

In deer attractants. Is this because of CWD? I can see how it might be but if it is some explanation to educate the public would go a long way to smooth a lot of ruffled feathers.

It is because of CWD, and i'm sure TWRA will address it publicly before it kicks in.
