Question about missing a buck.

I missed a pretty nice buck this evening, he did not seem overly spooked just jumped and walked off, when would you hunt that same stand again and what are the chances he will show back up. He has been on trail cam just about everyday at different times

Agree. I just think gun raises your odds so much more. You spook him again you may not get another chance. Lotta time left.
 
Hard not to go right back to it, may give it a day or two and hope if I see him again I can make a better shot thanks for replies

I live by "hunt it when it's hot". Whether that involves a food source, travel pattern, fresh scraping, etc. if the deer are there now, even if only temporarily, that's where I want to be as well. It doesn't sound like you alerted him so if I wanted another bow shot at him I'd be right back on him. I might shift my stand site a little. It won't be long before pre-rut/rutting action begins and no telling where he'll be.
