I have never cleaned the firing pin part of my 2 year old CVA Optima. It seems that in regards to removing the cover it will take a much thinner screw driver than the average screwdriver would be. Is there a special tool for this? Once I do get a screwdriver that fits, is it going to be hard to get the cover broke free? Thanks

you need a very wide blade for sure, the cover has a o ring to seal it but when your thru cleaning put antiseize on it to be on the safe side.buy a kit that comes with diffrent size bits to get the correct fit with guns,mike243
