A little over done for my preference but the wife and kids like it better cooked.

I tried this style of cooking on a ribeye , right over the chimney for the sear and havent looked back. Thanks bama !
When I cook that way, I usually have a couple of chickens or something to cook after I'm done with the fish so I don't waste the charcoal. I cooked a dozen Chicken thighs and some hotdogs to eat over the next few days while we ate the Tuna.
I have definitely got to try that with some ribeyes. Tuna looks amazing, we had cod and catfish I fixed on the blackstone last night mighty tastey

Last time I had good tuna, it was dead about an hour and I had a nice snack while filleting it out. Mm good.
