Not sure how much rain you have had in your area, but if I had to guess, I'd say that yes it is too wet to disk. The ground will need atleast a couple of good hours of sun. I havent seen the sun in about a week now :crazy:
If it clods up when you disc then it is to wet. If possible to help control weeds. disc as soon as it gets dry enough then come back after disked ground dries and disc again and clods will fall apart and ground will plant good
