I'm not big on archery hunting but it's looking like I won't be able to hunt much in gun season since My first child is due on thanksgiving so I'm going to try to get out while I can. I will be on private but it's like public since all the private land I hunt on the owners let anyone hunt that ask. Good luck and be safe everyone.

Always public on opening morning, it's tradition. Was gonna hunt the new spot behind the house in the evening but the wind doesn't look like it will be good.

Every third year I hunt the LBL quota hunt and get area 15. I have also spent some time bow hunting LBL during archery. I have bow hunted the Yhanali WMA several times with no luck. I had a 400 acre lease from 2007-2013, Great times. Now I hunt an 86 acre portion of our 400 acre family farm. Very promising this year, it's an hour drive but mostly 840. I bought a nice camper this year and I'll be living there for two weeks starting second muzzleloader straight through first week of opening gun. Life is good! arty:
