Additionally, he failed to show that no reasonable person would have made the same determinations based on the credibility of the witnesses and information.
This appeal makes no sense, if the article is correct. He only appealed a specific charge, but not others, which appears to admit guilt. Not sure what he was attempting to gain. But, considering where he came from, I guess it makes perfect sense. "I'm not as guilty as they say I am. I'm just partly as guilty!"
