Prosecution of a trespasser?

What is the procedure of prosecuting a trespasser that you know is hunting / poaching and you have evidence either on camera or eye witness ? Can the lease holder prosecutor does the land owner have to ? The land owner lives in another state .

It would have to be the landowner.

If someone on the lease had written power of attorney it might be doable, but that would be a question for your lawyer.

The poaching issues need to be reported to TWRA through your Regional office. Poaching violations will not require the landowner to be involved.
