Proper way too?

Have a big 16th birthday party planned for my son, Sept. 14
I'm cooking 6 Boston butts ahead of time. After cooling, I'm going to vacuum seal and freeze.
What is the best way to reheat these? Temp. etc.

If sealed I would just put them in a sink full of hot water. ...about 160 or so.
