Prolly a dumb question

Ok so I have 20 acres I deer hunt, it's a cedar thicket and produces some nice bucks. Well there's a road going to it right through some other woods. The land owners nefew is cleaning up the road so the 3 times he hunts he can drive up the road. Will this affect the deer?

On the 3 times he is riding up the road it will affect the deer. Don't hunt those days.

Like JKC said or if you beat him there it may actually push deer to you if you're already in the stand. Good luck.
