Project idea

So I like my projects. I like to fix old antique revolvers and rifles. Being new to deer hunting and unable to leave well enough alone I am branching into black powder, bow, and rifle. I have been toying with a black powder idea. Anyone have any experience with a double barrel black powder rifle? I have been looking at parts and pieces and have an idea of what I want to do. Just wondered if any has one, or has built one?

You might find what you're looking for on the americanlongrifles.com site. They have a gun building forum which is great. I highly reccomend this site to anyone interested in traditional muzzle loaders.

Getting 2 rifled barrels to print to the same point of impact at a particular range is next to impossible. Side by side shotguns pattern instead of having a single projectile, so it works better.
