Anybody ever tried the Heater Body Suit? Just saw one on TV and looked at website to see what they were about.

Anything to stay warm on some of those cold mornings would be awesome!

Anybody had good or bad experience with the product or company?

If I hunted a lot in the far North I would invest in something of the sort, but hunting in TN I just don't see any real need for one outside of an average of maybe 1 day a year. We just don't have cold enough temps here, especially before early Jan. to justify buying one IMO.

I don't doubt for a minute that they work, but it would have to be REALLY cold for me to hunt in a sleeping bag snuggie.

Expensive and this is TN not AK. You don't need something like that down here. I wore one for half a day in Alberta and they work, also cumbersome for bowhunting. properlyp laced, disposable warmrs work just as well and much cheaper.

I come down from Michigan for bow, mz and rifle...I can really count on one hand the times that I've felt cold in the stand. One time it was 13 degrees with a cold wind and definitely got me chilly.

In Michigan some of us put corn pellet fuel (any hardware store) in a 5 gallon bucket (the corn is in a small can like a pork and bean can), cut a few holes in the lid of the bucket and light the corn fuel like it was sterno. Sit on the bucket in your blind with a camo cover (like one for a four wheeler or even a small tarp would work) around you and the bucket...got maybe 15 bucks tied up in it and it's warm as heck...use this for ice fishing too. (put the lid back on the corn fuel and it goes out and ready for next trip)

I would say they are awesome if your in a place that stay around zero or below all winter here I wouldn't buy one. if you layer up right and go ahead and invest in some good clothing you'll be just fine in tn.
