Processor and Taxidermy help

I'm from Alabama but have hunted in Bucksnort, TN for the past 10 years. Deer hunting in Tennessee is awesome and I'm thankful for the opportunity to hunt there with some great people. I have always skinned and quartered my deer before bringing the meat back home in a cooler for local processing bone-in. Also same scenario with my bucks - caped them out and brought head back home for local taxidermy.

Now with CWD regs, I can't do any of that. So, I'm looking for recommendations for TN meat processors and taxidermist. I usually drive up I-65 and then take Hwy50 (exit 37) through Columbia and over to Centerville and into Bucksnort/Only. I'd prefer a processor on the AL side of Columbia (just off I-65 close to the state line preferred) but a good Taxidermist anywhere along my travel route would be fine.

Any suggestions??? TIA

It's a little out of the way mileage wise, but I have been pleased with Vaught's. They're on Hwy 100 pretty close to 840.

There are a few processors in Columbia and a real good taxidermist in mt pleasant I will try to get numbers this week

Jericho Williams is a deer processor in Columbia off 1-65.
I have used him for years and been pleased.
