Process for prosecuting purple paint trespassers

We have a lease marked with no trespassing signs, cables across access road and purple painted. We caught trespassers on cam hunting with high powered rifle (and no orange) on the property. Do we submit the photo and file a report? Turn it over to local PD/SD? Thanks

Start with whatever law enforcement covers the land.

Keep in mind that the land owner is the only person who can prosecute. If he's not willing to go to court and press charges, there's not much you can legally do.
