This screen capture was taken off of TWRA's Facebook page. Is it true "private" land hunting is closed too? If so, how long has this been the case and what regulation/proclamation spells it out? It won't affect me, but I know several guys who it will and wanted to make sure I was correct when relaying the message. Thanks in advance for your help!
