Hatchie Run Longrifles is a black powder shooting club in Ashland Ms.
I just returned from the Fall Rendezvous and a great time was had by all..

Yes it was a great turn out and the weather cooperated for once…

Looks like a good time. I guess primitive is relative. I tend to think whatever I can carry in a backpack, miles from any roads, where there is no cell signal. Even then, my equipment is pretty modern compared to truly primitive. Modern ultralight, synthetic lightweights, dehydrated foods, water filtration are really a far cry from primitive.
