Was at BPS getting my Son a hands-on feel of a Sig P320 and took a short detour to the reload aisle.

I hope DA has a chair nearby.

RL15 was 44 bucks a pound. It was not a misprint, I checked.

Midsouth, Midway & Grafs has it around $27 a pound.

Powder Valley has it at $23.50

IMR4350 is found at PV for best price of $23.75

My stash remains healthy but if I see more price movement upwards I think I may stock up for one last time.

How bass pro sells anything at their prices amazes me. I have a hard time even spending gift cards in there because I feel like I am getting gouged.

The last time I made a large purchase in that store was in 2006 when they had a rifle sale and I purchased a Remington CDL 30-06 and Zeiss scope. I made mention that Sportsman Warehouse was cheaper so they beat their price by $100.00.
I don't even go there anymore as the prices are like others are saying, too high for me.

Bass Pro is like a lot of stores, overpriced merchandise and you have to wait for a sale. I avoid stores like that, and shop at MIdsouth Shooters Supply, Walmart, Academy Sports, Costco, etc. which have low everyday pricing. Sears, Penney's and K-mart did like Bass Pro is and look where it got them. A Bass Pro manager told me they match other stores prices but I haven't tested them yet.

I remain loyal to Sportsman's Warehouse as far as brick and mortar stores, they kept level prices thru the crunch of the O era, so I try to appreciate that by tendering them my bidness.

The main store in Springfield MO has millions of dollars in taxidermy as does the main Cabelas store in Kansas City. They are like nature museums.

Yeah, and that cost has to be recovered so you know things are going to be way more expensive than say an Academy Sports that is more of a simple bunch of shelves with boxes on them. You know a store has gone way too far with atmosphere when people stop in just to wake around and look at the store with zero intention of buying anything.

Drives me crazy when Cabela's prices are cheaper online than Bass Pro for identical item. I will usually go to cust service at Bass Pro and they will gladly match.
Don't understand why they don't just make like items the same price now that they are together.
I also just had a $350.00 list of stuff I needed (price total was from Bass Pro online), and I ended up going to Academy and bought the exact same items for a total of $312.00.
Bass Pro makes it hard to shop there unless you have extra money to burn.....

This is how Bass Pro is going to pay for the purchase of Cabelas.

I can't stomach to go in Bass Pro. I have never liked their inventory compared to Cabelas inventory.
