Prices have really changed. MIDWAYUSA past prices

Just for grins I looked at my past orders on MIDWAYUSA.coms order history and the prices have really changed.
A real eye-opener if you check yours!!!
Back on September 12th of 2003 I bought a box of 50 Nosler 30 caliber 165gr Partitions for $19.94
Today's price from the same place...$31.99
Back on Jan 28th of 2007 I bought a hundred 30 caliber 168 Sierra Match Kings for $24.99
Today's price...$29.99
Back on May 27th of 2005 I bought 500 .45cal 185gr Remington Golden Saber's for $45.99
Today's price $112.99
Hindsight is certainly 20/20 and I wish I bought more of everything back when.

I bought a 1000 rounds of .223 fmj, non corrosive primer, brass case when I got out of the military in '96 and it was less than $100.

The last .223 that I bought was 129.00 for 1000 rnds. of IMI 55gr.
I thought that was high. But I am glad I bought a few thousand rnds. Got it from Centerfire Systems out of KY.

I won�t pass up an opportunity to blame anything on Obama; but he doesn�t get to take credit for this. We did this to ourselves. Ammunition had jumped way up in the last few years before we heard Obama�s name. It took a jump at election time but dropped back down to where it was. That was caused by and fueled by us.

Actually the Chinese are more to blame than the current administration. The law of supply and demand is in full effect and China is one of the few countries whose money is still full-value.
