I officially got on a lease in Hardeman County today, went and looked at it and it is definitely different than what I'm use to in that all the woods on it are extremely thick. It has been under a 120" or better rule for 6 years and there is no hunting on 3 sides of it which should make it that much better. I'm gonna get some cameras out as soon as I can and try to get my stands up. Counting me there will be 6 people on 600 acres. I hope its as good as it looks.

How many acres is it, and how many bucks are being killed per year that meet the 120" requirement?
 
BSK should be nicknamed Dream Killer! He likes to throw a wet blanket on everyone's overly optimistic expectations. :)
 
Cool, and hope you see some good deer. Got much ag around you? If you have tons of good chow and it's bad-thick like you mention, you probably do have a few bruisers hiding out.

They are averaging 5-6 bucks per year with normally one juvenile buck being under the 120 mark, there has only been 1 buck killed by an adult member in the last 4 years that was under 120, it scored 115, we have 600 acres to hunt on but there is another 738 that borders us that there is no hunting on, 138 that the family sets aside because of the proximity to houses and 600 that the state owns and doesn't allow hunting on
