Prentice Cooper help

I got drawn for a couple of hunts this year at prentice cooper and have never been on the WMA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Don't hunt the top. Hunt at least a level down. When the shooting starts they run off the sides.

food is the key on the draw hunts ,there not in rut and only around 200 people on 19000 ac,the quota hunt are well before rut here so find you a good patch acorns and see what shows.that first bow hunt is rough! very few years any mash on ground, so if you can find you a food plot no one hunting its a deer sighting in the eve, also the main road is a 13 mile long food plot drive around one eve find a few close to rd go down that holler .hope this helps

I hunted a gap in a extremely steep section going over to the river last year and saw a 8 pt and 5 does in 2 days on the first bow hunt. I just wasn't positioned exactly in the right tree. I know that's where I'll be on September 17.
