I usually do this the whole week of Thanksgiving but this time a friend of mine wanted to go and couldn't do the whole week so we came down friday night and fished the jetties in Panama City Beach saturday morning and caught ALOT of jack cravelle on light tackle.Then headed over to Port St. Joe to do some redfish and trout fishing with a friend/guide that lives there.Had an absolute blast.Kept 3 limits of trout and redfish both days as well as 2 flounder each day.Caught several bull reds and several oversized trout and threw back a ton of both.Going to hit the jetties again in the morning before we leave to see if we can hook up with some more bull reds and then head back home.Had a great time filling the cooler even if it was only for a few days,but I'll be back in april for when the cobia show up.Might even back before then if I get the chance.
