What's everyone's Preference Hard woods vs fields.

Yep, I like both of those too, especially where they meet. Even better if there's a creek just inside the woods on the back end of the field.

I absolutely love hunting the big, remote hardwood ridges during mid November. That's my number one favorite for rut hunting.

But, I'll hunt the deer where they are. Sometimes they aren't in my favorite or most scenic places.
