I was wonder how well the powerbelt copper bullets shoot. I used the powerbelt platnuim last year and shot 2 deer. The bullets didnt expand at all. One shot was at about 70 yards, the other 22 yards. The deer dropped in there tracks but I want something that expands better.

Yep!! I use the 405 grain lead powerbelt and have never had anything except great groups and total destruction every shot. I have used the lighter copper powerbelts do not work near as well for me.
 
Check out this months Outdoor Life for bullet test. 4 bullets tested with 100 and 150 gr. charges. Barnes Spit-Fire TMZ,Hornady SST,T/C ShockWave Bonded and PowerBelt. Very,very eye opening! I happen to shoot the Barnes and the article just confirmed what I already knew....

the barnes held almost all of its weight and expanded, the tc bonded expanded and held about 95%, the sst was next overexpanded but held about 70%, the powerbelt totally disentegrated.

all i know is every deer i have ever shot with a powerbelt died within 50-60 yards & most never went 10',shoot what you want & i will too until it lets me down.
