Has anyone successfully filled one out? Did you get an email a few days later stating "if you don't fill it out, you won't be eligible next yeah blah blah blah"??

I filled mine out the day after hunt ended and I know others that did as well. As of today we are receiving emails as if it hasn't been done. Absolutely ridiculous!

I found a button that says "submit report" when I logged back in. Done that twice, doubt it does any good

I did it three times and it was still showing on the hunters home page. I emailed Susie Spriggs and asked about how Would I know if it was accepted . Of course she saw that it wasn't done and explained that the green button would go away and it would be under my history on the submit/view page.
I don't think their button was working.
Funny thing after that I logged in again and it took it.

I checked in with Susie Spriggs last night by email. She told me the system is set up to do a series of reminder emails even if you have submitted.

If you have done the survey and it is completed on your profile, just disregard the reminders.

It was an extremely quick response from her, so kudos to her.

Just in case, it would be worth screenshotting your "Completed Survey" screen and verifying with the quota hunt people that your TWRA # reflects a completed survey.

I was told the system is set up to send you three reminders even if you have successfully submitted your survey. I'm not sure I would have done it that way, but it isn't a system glitch.
Gotcha, that was my third reminder then. Thanks
