Your PM box is full so I'll just ask you here. Last year you posted a link showing how you debone a deer leg. Do you still jave that somewhere? I've done it but I'm not good at it and you made it look easy. I'm trying to get better at butchering my own.

Best reason to set up your browser with folders. Every time you see one of these gems you browse over to it and save the bookmark off in your special folder.
