You ever watch the Mind of a Chef series online at PBS? I think the show is great. This year it will have a lot of Nashville on it for the first few weeks.
I like the show too. The last two episodes I saw were good. One was based in Louisville with an extensive tasting of Van Winkle's whiskey. The other featured Benton's Country Ham in East Tennessee.
