I did one with some blue cheese on it last night.
Usual pats of butter and then a liberal dose of Tony Chachere's then after they cooked I sprinkled blue cheese on it.
I did two things wrong.
Number one, believe it or not, you CAN put too much TC on something. I got way too much on my mushroom.
Then number two, blue cheese is VERY strong. I wasn't aware of how strong it really was. This was my first time to cook anything with it.
Doesn't melt like regular cheese either. I put too much of it on them too. I covered the entire mushroom with it.
I think it will be good but I gotta watch my TC and back off about 50-75% on the blue cheese.
Chicken and boneless country style ribs were really good though. :D
