Even my best friend couldn't eat all of his LOL

yes 170 degrees. ive always baked mine at 350 covered for 30-45 minutes drizzled with sauce. the sear it at high heat for a good crust. i think they call this reverse searing now or some such nonsense.

anyway its always fork tender and i aint eating under cooked pork no matter the cut.
