Pork Chops

Grilled some pork chops on the old Weber Kettle grill. For an old grill it still does a fine job.

Looks great! My old Weber kettle grill gets more use than any grill I own. Blue and white bag Kingsford and a little chunk of oak, hickory or apple (depending on what I'm grilling) and it's doesn't get much better.

I have a Weber portable gas grill. Worked like a charm for years and years, and got used profusely! Finally gave up the ghost about 2 months ago. The regulator finally went bad. Found a new regulator, but it was almost the cost of a new portable grill. So, I bought a Weber that uses charcoal. Solved. Now the charcoal I make serves 2 purposes: cooking and gun powder.

I love the old webers. I bought one when I was in college in 2003 and it's still going strong. I need to replace the dampener but enjoy cooking on it.
