For some reason I got a hankering for some pork chops or chicken with a mushroom type gravy on them like my mom used to make.
Ended up with 4 bone in pork chops and dumped two cans of creme of mushroom soup and a can of beef consomme in the crock pot.
I figured we needed a little juice in there and we already had a can so what the heck.
Dropped in about a teaspoon of garlic and put the crockpot on high for a couple hours then dropped it to low and let it cook about 4 more hours.
Hardest part was getting them out of the crock pot in one piece. :D
I am getting where I like that crock pot cooking. :D
